Aupair-Overland is a respected Thailand based cultural exchange organization, run by a Thai-German Team, which mediates Thai Au Pair-Applicants to their Partner Agencies abroad. We conduct our on-site acquisition-work of new Au Pair-Applicants solely in Thailand.

Along with our cultural and linguistic background, we firstly approach the potential candidates in their native language and then inspire confidence by means of our competent Au Pair-experience. We are explaining the Au Pair-Program, prospective tasks within the program and the expected living conditions. Finally, we forward the contact-details of our canvassed Au Pair-applicants to our Partner Agencies and are supportive with translations and providing facts during the entire application process. This includes for example accurate completion of application-forms, the thorough compilation of necessary documents or the written as well as telephonic contact with host-families.

To make the stay in the host family a success and positively memorable for both parties, we provide the applicants with information’s about the host-countries culture and conventions. We give hints to get beyond possible cultural shocks, homesickness or problems of acceptance by the host-families children. Particularly to further improve the applicant’s knowledge to work with children we offer them a practical training within our playschool.
